有关庇护案情初步分析开始收费之公告

自2024年3月1日起，庇护案情初步分析服务将作出重大改变。

本人一直致力于为美国庇护申请者提供深入且个性化的服务。为保持服务水平，而我亦能将更多时间及资源投入到充满诚意的个案中，自美国东部时间2024年2月29日下午11:59后收到的所有咨询，如需进行庇护案情初步分析，将会收取最低费用500美元。倘若将来你选择与我进一步合作并签署协议，初步分析之费用将予以抵销。

当各位咨询时，请详细阐述：

  1. 你的背景；
  2. 你所面临的恐惧；
  3. 你所遭受的迫害。

无论你最初使用什么方式与我接触，我也会以邮件（email）作出回复，所以请在首次咨询时留下你的邮箱。

如你不能提供相关信息，我不一定可以准确评估你的个案，更可能无法作出任何有意义的分析。

至于一般不涉及案情分析的普通咨询，根据酌情判断，仍然保持免费。

  1. Public Notice Concerning the Preliminary Analysis of the Merits of an Asylum Case

    Effective March 1, 2024, the policy regarding preliminary analysis for potential asylum applicants will undergo significant changes.

    I have been committed to providing the most thorough and personalized service to those seeking asylum in the United States. To maintain the level of service and dedicate my time and resources to cases demonstrating sincere interest, effective after 11:59 pm Eastern Time on February 29, 2024, all inquiries requiring a preliminary analysis of the merits of an asylum case will be subject to a minimum fee of $500. Should you choose to engage my services further by signing an agreement with me, this fee will be credited towards your account as part of my commitment to a fair and collaborative relationship.

    When you make an inquiry, I will need you to provide a detailed account of your background, the fears you face, and any persecutions you have suffered.

    I will also respond by email regardless of how you initially make your inquiry, so please leave your email address at the time of your initial inquiry.

    Without the necessary information from you, accurately assessing your case may be challenging, and I may be unable to respond to your inquiry in a meaningful manner.

    General inquiries that do not involve case analysis will continue to be provided free of charge at my discretion.
